Last Stand: PrologueHe stood there not understanding what was happening. He felt numb. His sight was blurry.He blinked a couple times but the vision would not clear. What was happening to him? He could hear people's voices but could not make them out. He could'nt move. Why? It all seemed to happen so fast. He felt something warm drip from the side of his mouth. blood. His eyes went wide at the relizsation. One voice then became clear and louder like it was coming toward him. Closer, he could make out what it was saying or screaming. Someone was calling his name.

Flames lick at my feet

Ashes pour from the sky

But I yell no pain

I yell for no savoir

I yell for no sanity

Why

Because I want this

Because I need to

If I didn't, then flames will dance around you

I don't want that

I never will

All I want is you

You are my water

Yet you are my flame

You are my Insanity

Yet you make me sane

You push me away

You melt whats left

Yet my feelings for you

Still burn bright

I'll burn all who do harm

Protect you from flame

You could say you hate me

It'll still be the same

Live your life

Love those dear

As for me

I'll still be here

All I ask is stay long enough

Stay to see my love

This just came to my mind when I was listening to the song Paradise lost by Hollywood Undead. The lyric just watch me burn hit me. I have no Idea why but I was thinking NaruSaku. Naruto will do anything for Sakura. Even if she doesn't love him. He would sacrifice everything for her. So the just watch me burn made me think that Naruto loves her and wants her to be happy. All he wants in the end is for her to see what he's willing to do for her. Just watch me burn means just stay long enough for you to see my sacrifice.
